Exhibits are encouraged and will be open for viewing during
the entire conference, beginning at 7:00 pm Friday evening, October
10 and all day Saturday, and Sunday.
The Exhibitors area is a group of
rooms near the main conference auditorium of the Seattle DoubleTree Suites-Southcenter
Hotel . Trade show move-in/setup time is from
2:00 pm on, – Friday, October 10, 2008. Viewing begins at 7:00 pm
on Friday evening.
The exhibitor fee of $350 US per booth includes registration fee for one person to the
conference. Registration fee also includes the Wine and Cheese Social
on Friday evening and Luncheon on Saturday and Sunday.
Each additional person required to staff the exhibits is an Associate Exhibitor. Fee for an Associate Exhibitor is $149 US (maximum 3 associates
per booth). This also includes full registration for the conference including the Wine and Cheese Social on
Friday evening and Luncheon on Saturday and Sunday.

PLEASE NOTE - FOR ALL EXHIBITORS PLANNING TO SELL ANYTHING: For all exhibitors who plan on selling anything at the conference, you must have a temporary business certificate from the state of Washington at least 3 weeks prior to the conference or you will not be permitted to exhibit. There is no charge for the certificate. You can obtain a temporary business certificate online at http://dor.wa.gov/content/doingbusiness/businesstypes/doingbus_tempreg.aspx
